We aim to ship candles within working 7 days but if you need your candle earlier then please send us a message and will try to rush your order through. Christmas is a very busy time for Wonders of Wax so please place orders early to avoid dissapointment.
Each candle is created individually and made with care and attention to detail. During the process the design or colour of candles may vary slightly.. We cannot accept these as faults.
All candles are packaged so that your order will arrive safe and secure. Damage during shipping is very rare but if your candle has been damaged during shipping please contact us within 2 days of receipt and supply photographic edivence of the damage so we can follow up with the courier company.
Refunds will only be offered in the unlikely event of wrong items being sent, or if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase. No refunds will be offered on personalised candles where the customer provided incorrect details. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
